Dr. Paul Rosenblatt - Ph.D., Columbia University

Dr. Paul Rosenblatt is Dean of Arizona International College. He received his Ph.D. in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University. A former Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at The University of Arizona, he has also served as Acting Head of the Department of Romance Languages and as Executive Director of International Affairs for the University. He has held the Regent Fulbright-Hays Professorship of North American Literature at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Fulbright Inter-Commission lectureship at the University of Cuyo in Argentina. He has also held various directorial assignments including Chair of the Board of Academic Visitors of the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Center for Research Libraries. Of the awards and honors he has received, Dean Rosenblatt has the most affectionate regard for the Creative Teaching Award of The University of Arizona. He has published fiction as well as scholarly-critical works.
